I also provide a worksheet you may copy and use each week for time blocking and documenting the specific projects or tasks you plan to accomplish in a week's time. That way you'll know exactly what you planned to work on when you sit down at your desk. This takes out the guesswork (and the procrastination!) because it’s right there on the worksheet.
